I used Uncle Steve’s Thick Meat with Pete’s Seasoning from Novacich’s Meat Market on the Pork Steaks. Cooked on a charcoal grill over indirect heat (300 degrees F) for a little over an hour. Sauced with Sticky Pig BBQ Sauce for the last 20 minutes.
Baked beans are Maple and Brown Sugar with a half cup of apple juice poured into a drip pan and placed under the pork steaks at the thirty minute mark.
Broccoli crowns were lightly sprayed with olive oil and seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. Also placed on the grill at the thirty minute mark.
