I decided to smoke three racks of pork ribs on the Big Green Egg. It was and is a simple and delicious process. You can easily replicate this on any type of grill. You also could use any type of sauce you like to customize the favor profile to your liking. Grilling is not a perfect process, but that is what makes it perfect for a tinker like myself. I love cooking on lump charcoal it’s ability hold a consistent temperature for a long time. I also love that it can reuse used charcoal that did not burn off. Hopefully you enjoy the video.
