1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup honey
hot sauce ( TO TASTE)

[Music]hi guys welcome back to my channel so Iam super excited why because it is oneweek before Super Bowl okay so this isthe one of my favorite times of the yearbecause I get to cook different fools Iget to enjoy friends I can enjoy familyyou talking about tailgating yes this isall included so what I’m going to do foryou guys are going to give you sevenideas of what you can do for a tilde nSuperbowl party okay seven so you knowwhat that means that mean seven videosseven yes you guys gonna get a videofrom now starting today up until thedate of Super Bowlyour girl D is gonna do that for youokay so be sure to watch every day everyday you get an idea every day so welltoday we are going to fit sticky glazebarbecue ribs from the oven okaythis is our first downokay yes so with no further ado let’sjump right into this video okay for oursticky glaze BBQ ribs from the oven I tostart off I haveto wrap the ribs here and I have washedthem and I pulled the membrane offlinebut then I decide to do pour the otherone off on camera so that people willknow what I’m talking about so it’s athin piece of skin on the back of theribs you want to pull off it can bereally tough sometime that’s why I pullthe first one off off camera okay sothis thingy majiggy I don’t know you getto say you’re not yeah this thing righthereyou want to pour that put it off justsquash my hands real quickokay so I think you just washed and pourthat off you want to get your dry rubwhich this is consists of paprika chilipowder though she saw brown sugar onionpowder black pepper ground thyme andgarlic powder I will put the you knowPacific’s the exact measurements of thisparticular dry rub down at the bottom ofyour mopsso what I’m going to do is I’m going totake our dry rub and you want to put iton the rib both of themI’m telling you guys this is a tailgatea winner right herelike I told y’all I’m at the beginningof the video this one first down righthere first video first down so wannaflip them over and you want to rub yourdry rub all over your ribsyou want to code them really good oneokay so I just want the use all of myrow up here so I’m just gonna make sureI cook coat it my ribs really goodokayso we have coated our ribs you’re richlook something like this they are verywell coatednow all I’m gonna do is put them back inthis pan and you want to place them inthe refrigerator first I’m gonna wrapthem up first then I’m going to placethem in a refrigerator overnight now youcan cook you on and place them in arefrigerator for a couple of hours likeone to two hours and then cook them butfor its me because I want the seasonjust soak through the meat especiallywith pulling the membrane off and againyou know down in the meat on thebackside like really good so with thatbeing said I’m going to refrigeratemines overnightwell our ribs have been marinatingovernightso end up someone like thisyou want to place them on a wire rack[Music]youour ribs are out of the oven they’vebeen cooking for five hours so we’rejust gonna check the temperaturereading 170 171 so that is well donethis reading 173 so I Rios is prettymuch doneI don’t want them like falling apart Istill want to be able to cut them sojust to make sure they not stuck to theright which they shouldn’t be okay sonow all I’m gonna do is what I have hereis a cup of barbecue sauce but you canuse any kind of barbecue sauce you wantand a half a cup of honey and hot sauceto your taste so you’re just gonna takeit and you’re just gonna spread it onthe ribsoh man I’m telling youjust another crowd-pleaserwe’re just going to turn that will ringup over and put barbecue onat this pointyo Rios is done you can place them backin the oven and cook them for another Isay 30 to 40 minutes with the barbecuesauce one of them or you can leave andserve as is well I placed my real seconde oven for another 30 minutes and theyare done completely now all you do is isjust cut them you can just like cut themlike one bone cut in between one bone toserve when you do your tailgating thatway your ribs or stretch out and youknow everybody not trying to go for youknow the bigger piece the way it can youknow how enough for everybodyor you can always do more racks I hopeyou guys enjoy my video of my stickyglaze barbecue ribs amazing ok so besure you watch for the next six days tosee what other great tailgatingappetizers you know you can have foryour Super Bowl party okay so until nexttime thanks for watching bye[Music]
