Tasty Tuesday – Barbecue Pork Ribs

Today, Mrs. Smith prepares barbecue pork ribs and a herb seasoned potato salad. Follow along so you may also be able to prepare this meal. Below are the ingredients and instructions.

BBQ Oven Baked Pork Loin Ribs
Tasty Tuesday Herb Seasoned Potato Salad

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
BBQ Baked Pork Loin Ribs
2 to 3 lbs. Fresh Trimmed Pork Loin Ribs
1tsp Cracked BLK Pepper
1/2-cup Dry Rub BBQ Seasoning
1/2-tsp Garlic Powder
Rub All Spices on both sides of meat – (cut into 4 bone pieces)
Place meat into Large Baking Pan 12 inch at least
Add 1 cup of Water to bottom of pan (not on meat)
Cover with foil tightly,
Place in preheated oven at 350 temp
45 minutes to a hour, check for tenderness
Reduce temperature to 300 & add BBQ Sauce
Recover, and cook for about a remaining 30 to 45 minutes (until desired tenderness

FRESH POTATO SALAD WITH FRESH DILL HERB
10 to 12 red potatoes (medium size)
5 hard boiled eggs
3//4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup cut dill
1/2 tps salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cracked black Pepper
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Rinse potatoes well and cut off all spots
Cut into chunks (all the same size)
At boil add a little salt , boil for 20 to 30 minutes
KEEP WATCH , WE DON’T WANT MUSHY POTATOES, YOU CAN
ALSO ADD YOUR EGGS TO THE BOILING WATER
Once your potatoes are done to your desire drain & let cool
Cover place in refrigerator

Sprinkle onion & garlic powder on top (to taste)
Now lets mix all the ingredients with about 1 to 2 cups of
mayonnaise(add more or less to your taste)
Dash some smoked paprika
on top, and let chill for about 25 to 30 minutes.

BBQ Sauce
1 Can (sm) tomato puree
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp Cracked black PEPPER
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
1/2 can of COCA-COLA, Bring to slow reduce heat and
simmer on low for about 25 minutes,stir occasionally)
