I walk you through the whole process of prepping and smoking ribs using my cooking method. I also shed some light on fire management and my personal experience and knowledge with offset smokers.
The spritz I used in this video was apple juice, I love how apple flavors compliment pork. My spritz is normally a 50/50 mix of apple cider vinegar and water.
