Char Siu is a traditional Chinese dish made with pork belly, and I’m recreating it in its authentic form in my kitchen. I’m doing this version with steamed baos, made by my wife Anu, the process for which is also shown in the video. You can have it with the baos, or any rice of your rice, though I would recommend sticky or Jasmine rice. Please leave your comments and feedback; it is greatly appreciated.
