BBQ Ribs & HM BBQ Sauce

Here is what you will need for the rub-1c of brown sugar(light) , 1, 1 tbsp. tbsp. of kosher salt, 1 tbsp. of black pepper, 1tbsp. of onion powder and garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon, 1tbsp. of chili powder, mix all together than set aside. Take clean and wash ribs pat dry than rub Dijon mustard all over ribs than season with rub mixture, after seasoning ribs place in fridge for at least 2 hours (I kept them in for 3 hours.) than turn oven on 275 place sauce on ribs and beef stock if you don’t have apple juice remember to use Dijon mustard only for this recipe. If you don’t have apple juice use beef stock or broth pour into the corners of your pan and place in the oven for 3 hours do not turn the heat up you are cooking them slow and low oh sprinkle with w shire sauce sauce before placing them in the oven and brush them with BBQ sauce through out the baking time . 2- For the sauce you will need- 1c. of water, 2 c of ketchup, 1/2c. of acv, 1 tbsp. of w shire sauce, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, 6 tbsp. of brown sugar, 6 tbsps. of white sugar, 1tsp of garlic and onion powder, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp. or more of hot sauce your favorite, mix well and brush over ribs through out the cooking time happy eating !!
