[Music][Applause]hi there today we’re going to be makinga barbecue sauce with some Epicurespices and so I’m gonna stuff you mighthave in your fridge I don’t really havea huge recipe for this because I justsort of look at what’s around and thentake what I need to use it’s a very nicesauce and we’re gonna be using theTuscan that’s a new oneTuscan chicken burger spiced and I liketo judge these place smells by skin willknow if it smells good that’s going init’s basically my rule my go-tochimichurri I use this a lot of thingsand it’s very nice and especially goesinto uh into my sauce but if you don’thave that they also have an Italianseasoning which which is a goodreplacement and then we got the barbecuespice from Epicure again it’s got thatnice smell to it and we’re gonna addthat in it’s sort of almost like a baseone to use now a lot of barbecue saucesstart with ketchup and a plain ketchupand you catch it doesn’t really matterbut we’ll add that in that’s the firstthing you’re gonna want to add him andyou want to get enough in there thatit’s like the largest of your componentsfor the sauce it’s cuz it makes up thebulk of it and then you can add in allsorts of other things now before I putthe spices in like to add somethingsweet like a little honey a littlesweetness in there now you can also usethings like brown sugar that’s anothergood one to use and maple syrup so it’sup to you you can experiment as much asyou watch decide oh good stuffand I’m gonna add a little soy sauce tothis this is the BHgluten-free stuff stuff is pretty gooddon’t be a lot a little bit of applecider go yeah bitch just to get goingalright start get nerd spices in it wantthat sit in there as much as possible sothat the flavors kind of get releasedchimichurri in there you can also spicethis up more than you got your Epicuresriracha but you might want to put inthere now you can use be handy if you’remeasuring spoon but I’m a littleold-school I like to just sort of throwit in there and mostly based on thetaste test the taste test that youreally you don’t overdo it usually youcan but too much spice in that stuff youadd more ketchup and they’re diluteddown on there you can see starting tolook a little colorful now this place isin there yeah I’m going to take a lemonhuh very sharp knife from Epicureceramic and it’s so sharp these thingsI’ve noticed as well as cuttingsomething the other day I didn’t evenhave to do this that much I can justpress down to thing just cuts rightthrough so you get a watch with it it’sa pretty sure we’re gonna use the lemonpresser for an Epicureat least lemons are weird say downsizingjust a slight bit there there we go nowfits in nicely that’s the line one andyou just want to propel up to the skyget a little juice in there oh yeah getsome that lemon juice now here’s mysecret never revealed to anyone outsidethe family I’m doing my sauce it’s verysimple that’s all this do it this waywith the normal cheese graters down orin here gives you a nice nice creating abook of the lemon Franks and youwouldn’t believe how much this adds toit you notice the difference I probablywouldn’t do barbecue sauce without thisbecause it’s just so nice and this isgonna go on chicken today or you can addit to anything even each do you wannacoconut barbecue with the summer suncoming it’s barbecue season for everyoneas far as I know we’ll be doing a lot ofthis this okayall right mix it in there so I don’tknow what’s any good now just as much asI want to put my fingers in there it’snot the healthiest thing to do good wellit’s not quite anklet that lemon reallybrings out the pain again you can makeyour own anyway you want it’s all gonnabe kind of your recipe now all I have todo nowput it on chicken put it on any of eachyou want to use get it on the barbecuejust baste away[Music][Applause]you
