Season Rub for Chicken:
Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Lemon Pepper and Cajun

BBQ Sauce
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Mustard
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Sugar Free Syrup
Dashes of Hot Sauce

-Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
– Season Chicken and massage spices into chicken
– Mix everything together for the sauce
– Cook Chicken breast for 10 Min
– Take out of oven and Coat with BBQ Sauce
– Cook for another 10 Min.
(When I make big batches I cook for longer)
