RIBS & SAUCE – Smoked baby back ribs & home made barbecue sauce.
Recipe :

– a couple of racks Baby Back ribs
– a dry rub of your choise
Sauce ingredients
– 5 cloves of garlic
– 2 onions chopped
– 1 bell pepper chopped
– 1200 gr. chopped can tomatoes
– 125 ml apple cider vinegar
– 150 gr agave syrup
– 3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 tblespoon salt (or to taste)
– Ground black pepper to taste

How to:
– Take the membrane of the ribs
– rub the ribs with olive oil
– Sprinkle on your favorite dry rub
– Place the ribs on your barbecue or smoker for 5 hours at 110 degrees Celsius or 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile…
– Saute the onion garlic and bell pepper for the sauce
– add the rest of the sauce ingredients
– Boil the sauce for 1 hour at least
– Serve the sauce hot on the side as a dipping sauce.

Recipe for Spicy Bbq Lamb Ribs
Please follow guidelines in the video
Fresh Lamb ribs- desired quantity
Suya spice or cayenne pepper -1 tablespoon or as preferred
Ginger powder- ½ teaspoon
Garlic Powder -1/2 teaspoon
Mixed Herb or Oregano -1/2 teaspoon
Onion salt – as preferred
White and black pepper – as preferred
Oil – as preferred
Cumin- ½ teaspoon
Peppers for garnish
For BBQ dressing- BBq Sauce, cayenne pepper, sweet chilli sauce, olive oil, liquid seasoning or soy sauce
