Using a beer can as a stand is a pretty efficient way to roast a chicken. It stands the chicken up, exposing all sides to the heat. Also, while the chicken is cooking, the beer is steaming and keeping the chicken moist and giving it extra flavour.

Ingredients:
1.4 kg chicken
2 Tbsp oil
Your favourite can of beer
Your favourite dry rub. Her is mine Link
White sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Pepper
Bake the chicken at 180C for about 1 hour 15 minutes till the juices from the thickest part of the chicken run clear
