Start with an Instant Pot. Add 2 organic chicken breasts. Next, add 1 bottle of BBQ sauce. Then, add 1 teaspoon of sea salt. And 1 teaspoon of ground pepper. Next, add frozen pineapple tidbits. Then, add once diced organic jalapeño. And cook on high for 1 hour. Next, pull and separate the chicken. And cover while you prepare the meal. Layer sea salt & lime tortilla chips, followed by the pulled BBQ chicken. (Tip: Try using dairy free cashew queso). Add a layer of queso to the BBQ and the chips.
