youyes welcome to our luncheon review howmuch how are these New Boston Markethomestyle meals this is the pole chickenbowl with sweet and smoky barbecue sauceit’s pulled chicken smothered in a sweetand saucy yes sweet smoky barbecue saucewith a rotini pasta and a creamy 3cheese sauceit’s basically barking chicken andmacaroni jeez 30 grams of protein thisfood is a pretty good sized meal it’s 12ounces about 340 grams it’s pretty heavythey bought these at mark don’t know 225so that’s pretty cheap it is for 290calories oh so you’re definitely gettingbang for your buck you’re getting thecalories in the sizeso there’s your other information beforeyou see this is a caution there’s noyeah microwave oven the whole way sothat’s all that’s yet so we’re gonnapull back the film to then cook on highfor 3 and 1/2 minutes stir separatelystir separately and recover and thencook for another two and a half minutesso three and a half store separately andthen stir it separately makes sense sostir this part up and then stir thispart up separated and I’ll be back whenit comes out okay who does have amicrowave you can see I kept them fairlyseparate I mean you can’t help you getsome good most part except for havingstarted at the end so you’re seeingyou’re seeing what I see there is a lotof liquid in here you can kind of seethat too bad that is kind of a liquidyin some areas yeahMossad – so I’m going to school a bitand play back I’m gonna Trump Trumpindividually that mean mix them togethersee what it tastes like to you soonanyway playback once it cools off hey Igave a little time to cool Bob don’t youtake a bite up blow on it no try the Macrunning first the noodles with thecheese macaroni and cheese firstthe pastas a little soft if you’vewatched me for a while you know likejust the pastas a little bit from thisone’s a little soft and not quite mushybut it’s it’s soft good flavor that Ilike the flavor of the cheese and thecheese does a really good flavor tab wetry the pour just the port by itselfI like the the sweetness and thesmokiness of that has a little bit ofnot spice like in hot but it is it has abunch of themit has seasonings in it a good amount ofseasoning let me try pork and macroncheese which is kind of how I envisionedyou actually eating it anyway hmm I likeit mixed together it’s really good it’svery hot but it’s very good heat hot notspicy hot the flavor of the cheesereally Mex mixes well with the barbecuesauce and you get that smoky flavor thebarbecue sauce and you get the thecheesiness and mac and cheese which themacaroni with a little farmer but that’sa personal preference you know if youdon’t mind a little bit softer macnoodles and you’re fine I like thetexture of the pork too because themthey didn’t grind it really fun somedealers you get the pork is ground orany ground meat crunchy this is grilledchicken thing pork it’s chicken um youknow I thought it tasted different thanpork I don’t know why I had pork Omanbut it’s a pulled chicken the texture isreally good though because it’s it’s notground really fine a lot of these pulledmeals they’ll grind them up so findwhere they’re almost like smallhamburger they left this in pretty goodchunks and here’s a here’s a decentchunk of just chicken by itself rightthere so so sorry for saying pork it’schicken but it’s still really good and Iwas excitedit tasted like pork butt and it didn’thave that greasiness to pork so makesense now I think the flavors are good Ithink I wish the sauce had a little bitmore not not spice like it really hotbut I wish you had a little bit morespice to itokay decent amount it’s okay has it agood flavor to it I just wish it had alittle bit more I like a little nut barnbut I like a little you know more spicein my barbecue sauce and the smoke isokay it’s good smoke but I wish it was alittle smoky ER for me andgetting the new overall soft that’s myreally common complaints about it umit’s definitely worth trying out if youlike this kind of meal you don’t mindthe calories then then I would recommendyou get it I’m gonna give it a 4 I thinkit’s pretty good meal much the BostonMarket stuff is pretty decent like Isaid a little bit firmer on the pasta Ithink you’ve been really good so anywaydon’t be drove the video thanks forwatching[Music]

  1. I think I’ll give this one a shot. i always stir ketchup or honey BBQ sauce into my mac and cheese so I would mix the whole bowl together. Guessing the sodium is high because of the three cheese sauce but it’s just a bit higher than a can of Chef BoyArdee-so it’s not a factor for me. Thanks Kevin.

  3. You did stir it once before, right? I’m asking because it didn’t look like it was stirred once before. Looks good but too much sodium.
