Homemade Barbecue Sauce – I’M FEELING SAUCY

This video will show you how to make an easy BBQ Sauce that take your grilled meats to the next level! I love making sauces and one of the first ones I learned how to make was BBQ Sauce.

A good BBQ Sauce can add so much flavor to grilled or braised meats, you can even use it on a pizza rather then tomato sauce for some BBQ chicken pizza. The stout in this recipe really adds a lot to the sauce. I tried a couple variations on it, some with whiskey, some with cider, and even rum, but I feel that stout makes this sauce really well balanced and that’s what I’m looking for in a BBQ Sauce for home since it’s going to be used to a variety of dishes. Malt vinegar also contrasts the beer so well, the tang of it combined with the bitterness match perfectly.

I really enjoy a good BBQ Sauce and my recipe is a little different then most you’ll see, so if you like making amazing pulled pork and ribs as much as me, give this one a shot and tell me what you think!
