[Music]today we’re making hot sauce habaneropineapple and bell pepper onion saltwater and then we’ll start to ferment it[Music][Music][Music][Music]there was chopped green pepper next inour engine[Music][Music][Music][Music]now we’re just going to layer in fruitspeppers[Music][Music]so I placed this the core of thepineapple in here that’s just to pressit down keep everything out of under thewater under the groin[Music]dear[Music]ready go two weeks later let’s see whatthey have[Music]how videos Serrano’scarrots garlic onionjust ghost pepper dried[Music]the onion and just weighted down[Music]number two[Music]and our last sauce is just going to bebell pepper onion garlic ghost pepper &carrot and these are SuperDuper hot sowe only have three of them probably overneed just like the other two now we’rejust going to layer it in[Music][Music]we’re all doneI learned step two weeks ferment see intwo weeks[Music]alright so in two weeks time to makesome hot sauce[Music][Music]put these Cuban jars[Music]that’s a little country[Music]story[Music]this year too darling those pepper[Music][Music]I love the colorall right listen here’s garlic jalapenoserrano[Music][Music][Laughter][Music][Music][Music][Music]so as you guys just saw we made threefermented hot sauces we got is it’smango no pineapple every time it’salways mango yeah so pineapple habanerothis one is garlic and ghost pepperthat one is jalapeno Serrano and garlicwe’re gonna do a little taste test todaywith chicken nuggets got a niceconsistencyand here we go chairs chairswe go mm-hmm it’s not overbearing I dolike that yeah she made a good point soit’d be good on eggs I feel like itwould be good on chips chips its toesyeah he’s right too it’s it’s sort ofsalsa like kind of got that jalapenovegetable lead now we’re gonna move onwe’re really it’s going up the heatscale so this one is garlic ghost pepperwith a little bit of red bell pepper andit packs a punch of eat enough of itI was really good mm-hmm kind of sweeta lot different flavor than that mm-hmmit’s still got that there’s that heatjust a little bit in the back of thethroat oh really nice I like itOh Matt it’s a thumb of approval thefirst one the first one’s pretty goodoh absolutely it’s got the saltinessthat I was looking for that one and Ilove that one it’s got the perfect heatto just a little bit in the back thethroat all right this one[Music]all right here we gocheers Cheers Rudi little hint of onionperfect heat pad tasteI’m so good not nearly as hot as Ithought it’s gonna be but it isdelicious so what’s your favorite Ithink it goes my favorites of pineapplebut I’m telling you that is right thereI just all right I think I like themthere’s just something about thepineapple I need to do a little I needto make sure that what I said was rightthank you for tuning in this is BBQ beerand beyond
