cooking Rabbit meat is very healthy as the meat has little to no fat present. Rabbit meat is not as popular as other meats especially in Jamaica, so cooking with Jojo wants to shine some light on this meat. just like chicken, Rabbit can be prepared in a number of ways depending on your liking as it is great in stews, BBQ, curry Etc. Rabbit is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals and it is richer in omega 3 than chicken and pork.
