“chicken feet barbecue”
Ingredients:
1/2spoonful pepper for marinade
1/2 spoonful pepper for sauce
1/2 spoonful ginisa mix for marinade
1/2 spoonful ginisa mix for sauce
1 spoonful salt
2 spoon brown sugar for marinade
2spoon brown sugar for sauce
10 pcs.calamasi
1cup ketchup
how to make barbecue sauce:
# mix the ketchup,patis or soysauce,
brown sugar, pepper and ginisa mix ,
you need to mix it well …then pour the sauce into the marinated chicken feet…
