1 Puff Pastry.
2 cups Chicken. (Cooked Shredded)
1/2 cup Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce.
1/4 Tamarind Sauce.
Monterey Jack Cheese.
Mild Cheddar Cheese.
1/2 Red Onion.
1/2 Green Bell pepper.
1/2 Red Bell pepper.
Red Pepper Flakes.
1 Egg. (Egg Wash)
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Defrost the puff pastry according to the package. It takes 45 minutes.
Shred the boiled chicken. Shred the chicken.
I use 2 chicken breast. 3 cups of water. Add salt, coriander powder, black pepper, cumin seed powder and 1 tbsp soy sauce . Boil it for 20 minutes. Let it cool and shred it.
Dust the board with flour. Carefully open the puff pastry. Roll it out.
Foil the baking sheet and Spray baking oil.
Transfer the dough on the baking sheet. Using the knife make 1/2 inch edge.
In boil add shredded chicken, bbq sweet and spicy sauce, ketchup, tamarind sauce. Mix it really good.
Spread some Monterey Jack cheese on puff pastry.
Transfer the chicken. Spread it evenly. Add Monterey Jack, mild Cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Add onion, green bell pepper and red bell pepper. Add more mozzarella cheese, red peppers flakes and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy.
