hello champion Georgia do I hear fromthe Georgia line cooking show in today’sepisode I’m going to share with you howto make a pulled mushroom barbecuesandwich here we goso right here we have some oystermushrooms that were put in the oven at225 for about 6 hours just put them in aa pan covered in with a little foil ahalf of the cover half of it what a foiland also put a little smoke box I had tosmoke but I put put a smoke smoker boxwith some chips in it and put it in theoven and this is what they came out tolook like then they got a nice smokyearthy earthy smell to him deliciouswe’re also got some a little bit of somesea salt we have some George’sall-purpose barbecue sauce the mildlyhot we’re gonna be using that we’re alsogoing to be using George’s all-purposebarbecue excuse me George’s all-purposerub we’re gonna be using that we have ared onion that we’re gonna be putting inso let’s get right to it we’re gonnastart doing the pulling the pullingphase so we’re just gonna just pull thissee how you guys can see that are wegonna just pull what the what the mushwith pulley what the can you see if youguys see that I’m just gonna pull itwith the with the fork and these arethese are moister mushrooms you can usetrumpet mushrooms as well and you justkind of just pull on that or just pullon that pull on that pull on that justgive you an idea or just pull just pullnow you also can put these on the grillon indirectiyand just let them dry out they’ll dryout it’ll be nice and you can do thesame thing you feel you’ll be able topull you can just mmm you can just smellthe earthiness of this yes you guys seethat you can see that okay yeah mm-hmmso just you just keep doing this youkeep doing this and you go this is thisis the this is the most intensive ‘nosup the whole process is is doing thisthat’s the most intensive part of thatso when I come back I’m going to sharewith you how we’re gonna have them in inthe pot with the and I’m gonna chop upthe chop up the red onion and we’regonna season it up and we’re gonna getit get it going on the stove and thenwe’ll put everything together with thebonds we got some kaiser rolls and wehave some coleslaw some vegan coleslawthat we made and by the way on thecoleslaw there’s a recipe that is goodthere’s a recipe that is gonna be linkedon how to make the vegan how to make thevegan coleslaw let me see that how tomake the vegan coleslaw right there boomso there’s a there’s gonna be a link forthat so we’ll be back shortly guys firedup okay guys so now we got the onionschopped and put those in we got the gotthe actually slice we got the onions thered onion sliced okay red red onionsliced we’re gonna take a little bit ofsome salt sea salt put a minute buy backlittle sea salt we’re gonna do a littlebit of Georgie’s all-purpose rogueyou want to get these going nicebut I kind of want a saute saute theseup little one kind of kind of comma likethese a little bit and just a tiny tinybit of war just a tiny bit yeah just atiny bit of water you don’t really wantto you don’t want to Brooke you can’tuse some some cooking oil but I want tokeep this as heart healthy as possiblewith the least amount of oil in this wejust want to get these economy kind ofbreak up a little bit as you can see youcan kind of see they’re kind of startingto get a little translucent a little bitlet me add just a little bit more waterjust a tiny bit more water right a tinybit of water got that going nice boomwe’ve already got the we already havethe the mushrooms already mushrooms areall pulled ready to go I’m gonna put themushrooms in pull the mushrooms you canput those input those in now we’re gonna let this goprobably for about 10 to 15 minutes butdo you want all this good stuff toincorporate want everything toincorporate on this so I’m going to addsome more Georgie’s all-purpose rub tothis it will sprinkle it nice on therethen I’m gonna add some of George’sall-purpose barbecue sauce to mildly hotwe’re gonna add that to itthat’s about let’s seethat’s about one of the water about acupabout a cup won’t add about a cup ofGeorgie’s mix it all together you wantto keep this nice turn it down a littlebit you want this to go uncover probablyon medium heat for about 10 to 15minutes we want all of us to getincorporated the barbecue sauce TheOnion’s we want all that to getincorporated you’d be turning it up justa little bit oh you guys look at that Imean it kind of looks like pork doesn’tit if you look at that these are pulledmushrooms this is a pulled mushroomrecipe vegan recipe so I’m gonna letthis let this go for about I say about20 minutes or so we’ll go about 20minutes and then we’ll come back we’llcome back about 20-25 minutes 20 about20 minutes and then we’ll put the restof it together and put it together withthe kaiser roll and the coleslaw of thevegan coleslaw it’s gonna be a wrap allright be back in about 20 minutes guysfired up guys we’re back it’s been about10 minutes 10 to 12 minutes since we didthe mushrooms and Aaron you’ve you showit to him I’ll see the mushrooms arenice and delicious it smell good to seehe’s got all the barbecue sauce all upin it the red onion sauce all up in thishe that’s ready to go so now we gonna goahead and plate this up okay now we haveour kaiser rolls we’re gonna go aheadand cut the kaiser rolls cut the kaiserrolls in half gonna cut the kaiser rollsin half kaiser rolls are cutting in halfand we’re gonna have a nice littlesandwich barbecue sandwichokay that’s now let’s plate this bad boyup shall weoh and by the way we also have our vegancoleslaw and guys make sure you go andlook at the video I can connect thevideo for you guys to see how we didthis amazing vegan coleslaw this is thishas kale broccoli brussel sprouts redand red red and green cabbage some maplesyrup a little bit of some that’s goodright this Mac I smell it it also hassome apple cider vinegar in it but youguys can go look at that recipe so let’splate this bad
