How to make Barbeque Meatballs (Perfect Game day snack)

Here we are folks with yet another banger, my homemade game day meatballs. These are perfect for any game day or gathering or even a backyard bbq. Try these out and you will sure to be a hit at the party.

Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef ( chicken pork or turkey)
1 large egg
1 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup diced yellow onion
1/2 freshly chopped parsley
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons minced garlic

Sauce, however you enjoy however I used a tried and true recipe.
1/2 cup bourbon bbq sauce
1/2 cup chipotle bbq sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup grape jelly ( trust the process)
Heat everything in a pan and cover the meatballs in the sauce.

Directions:
Mix everything together in a large bowl by hand until well combined. Use an ice cream scoop to gather up your meat, then roll by hand to form your meatballs.
In a pan on high heat, sear meatballs for 4 minutes (2 minutes a side) then place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until they reach an internal temp of 165 degrees. Toss in your sauce and enjoy!
