How to make Barbeque Sauce at home

Homemade Barbeque sauce is a thousand times better than store-bought ones. So, why buy from the store? Just make your own following our simple and easy barbeque sauce recipe.

Yields: 1 cup
Can be stored for a month in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
2 tsp Butter
3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Tomato Puree
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 Schezwan chutney
2 tsp Cornflour and 4 tbsp water mixture
1/4 tsp Schezwan chutney and 3 tsp water mixture
2 tbsp jaggery
1 tsp Garlic Ginger paste
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp Chilli powder

Procedure:
In a pan on a medium flame add butter, garlic cloves, onion, and fry for about 1 -2 minutes.
Add tomato puree and salt and mix it all well.
Add cumin powder, schezwan chutney, schezwan chutney, and water mixture, cornflour and water mixture, and mix it all well.
Add Jaggery, Ginger Garlic paste, and mix it all well and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Add soya sauce and chilli powder and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
