HOW TO MAKE BBQ RIBS (THIN CUT) WITH A LOADED SHRIMP POTATO

Ingredients:
ribs (thin cut)
4 potatoes
Raw shrimp
2 oranges
fresh garlic- diced
red onion
BBQ sauce

Seasoning:
meat tenderizer
Kinder’s brown sugar rub
dried thyme leaves
dried bay leaf
dried parsley
onion seasoning
Tony’s Creole seasoning
black pepper
No Salt seasoning

Directions:
rinse then soak in vinegar and water for 25 to 30 minutes then rinse and pat dry
season only one side
In a pan heat:
vegetable oil, add ribs and brown seasoned side up,
just a few minutes
In a bowl:
squeeze juice and add three capitals of ACV
Oven dish:
add meat, season add some juice
all together 1 hour 30 minutes check half way through
add BBQ sauce sit in oven, oven off 5 minutes.
cut up vegetables and garlic
small pan add vegetable oil fry onions a few minutes place in oven on broil , HI but watch it only a minutes or two
Pan:
Add butter, season and mix add shrimp mix add fresh garlic, season, saute til done
Potatoes:
rinse well pat dry poke holes rub down with olive oil place on top of foil roll up and place an oven 350 for 1 hour poke holes place in microwave for about 10-12 minutes
2 cut and mash up add butter, season, cheese
the other two cut inside add butter, season add mashed potato to other potato add shrimp and onions
