How to make the most INCREDIBLE kosher BBQ Ribs ever

Tired of seeing commercials for delicious non-kosher ribs you can’t eat? Here we show you how to make them at home, impossibly Kosher as can be.

Ingredients:
8x beef spare ribs
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp pepper
1 dash paprika (for colour)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
—————————
Steps:
1. Mix salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl to create the rub.
2. Sprinkle generously onto all sides of the meat, and pat rub onto meat.
3. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
4. Prepare grill or oven to a temperature of 250-275F, and place ribs bone side down for 3 hours. Cook on indirect heat with apple wood or hickory if cooking in a barbecue, to smoke the meat.
5. Remove ribs from the grill and wrap in butcher paper or aluminum foil. Place back on grill for 2 hours, on indirect heat, as before.
6. Unwrap ribs and place back on grill or on oven. Baste with your choice of BBQ sauce. Cook for 30-60 minutes, until sauce caramelizes on outside, but not to the point of burning.
7. Serve & Enjoy!
