Hot Dog Series: The Cleveland Hot Dog
The Polish Boy is a Kielbasa Sausage that has coleslaw and french fries on it. It is topped with either hot sauce or BBQ sauce. It can also have pulled pork on top of it also. I decided to make some spicy BBQ sauce for this video.

Coleslaw Dressing:
1/2 c mayo
2 T Sugar
1 Lemon
1 T Vinegar
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t Salt
add to a bag of Coleslaw mix
BBQ Sauce:
1 c Ketchup
2 T Brown Sugar
2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T Yellow Mustard
1 T Hot Sauce
1 t Smoked Paprika
1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1/4 t Cayenne Pepper
1/2 t Red Pepper Flakes
I used this recipe but replaced the oregano with red pepper flakes
