2 tablespoon Coconut Palm Sugar (or golden brown sugar)
6-8 cloves garlic
4-6 leaves shado beni (culantro)
1 1/2 tablespoon pure Maple Syrup
3/4 teaspoon roasted ground cumin (geera)
3/4 cup apple cider
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 lime
