The BEST Homemade BBQ Sauce | Only 5 Calories!

This is the best recipe for guilt free BBQ sauce which will completely change the way you approach your fitness meals.

5 tomatoes
2 large red bell peppers
1 chile guajillo
2 New Mexican Peppers
4 cloves minced garlic
½ onion, chopped
½ cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
6 packs organic stevia
1 tablespoon habenero hot sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons pink Himalayan salt (optional)

1. Boil Bell Peppers, Tomatoes & Chile Peppers for 15 minutes to soften.
2. Mix Remove Strain Peppers and add to large pot with all other ingredients.
3. Bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Blend.
5. Serve and enjoy!
