Bayou Smoked Turkey Breast – How to cook a Turkey Breast on a Big Green Egg – Grillin Ace
On this episode of Grillin Ace, we will teach you how to make a Turkey Breast on the grill. This easy recipe is one that is simple to do and will be perfect for anyone just beginning to BBQ or for a fast evening cook! We made this in the Big Green Egg, but you can also do this on any grill and even the oven.

HOW TO MAKE A BAYOU SMOKED TURKEY BREAST
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
– 1 Turkey Breast
– 1 BBQ Provisions’ Bayou Brine
– 1 BBQ Provisions’ Bauou Dust
– 1 Brine Bag (if desired)
– 1 Bucket (large enough to hold bird)
Set Big Green Egg for 350°F Indirect.
Follow Directions on brine package and add brine mixture to 2 quarts of water.
Rinse bird inside and out. Place bird into brine mixture and add water if needed to cover the bird. While brining, place in fridge for 45 minutes per pound.
Remove from brine. Add your desired amount of Bayou Dust to turkey.
Place turkey on Big Green Egg. Cook at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes per pound. Turkey is done when thigh reaches 180°F and breast is 170°F.
Allow a minimum of 15 minutes to rest before carving. Serve and enjoy!
