How To Make Thai Red Curry With Left Over BBQSmoked Turkey
Had some smoked turkey breast left over from a big barbecue so what better than turn it into a delicious Thai red curry?

Ingredients.
1 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
Yellow and Red Pepper
Tin of Pineapple Chunks
Thai Sweet Basil
2 Thai Chilli Peppers
Lemon Grass
1 Can of Coconut Milk
2 tbsp. of Peanut Oil
2 tbsp Rice Wine
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1tbsp Fish Sauce
1tbsp Sesame Oil
Palm Sugar
Lime Juice
A hand full of cubed leftover smoked Turkey
1 tbsp of Red Thai Curry paste, 2 if you like it hotter.

[Music]here we have some onion some garlicyellow pepper red pepper then we got toysweet basil- chili peppers lemongrass one can ofcoconut milk 2 tablespoon of peanut oil2 TSP of rice wine like soy sauce fishsauce sesame oil and full of cubeleftover smoked turkey 1 tablespoon ofred Thai curry paste or surfy like itHarbor good sidewalk there’s one handhammered from the wok shop really likethis one right like the walk get it upthe temperature[Music]don’t take long to get outwhen the wok smoking put some Pinot init then add the red Thai curry paste toget all the spices to release the Royalskeep the curry paste moving so it don’tburn and it takes a minute[Music][Applause]and stirring the onion fever stirring tobegins to soften[Music]just keep mixing it threw out half ofthe coconut milk stir it again so thatall the paste is in court braid andlet’s come to the boil then add thepeppers on the garlic[Music]add a small amount of oil to the back ofthe wok and then add the turkey and thenget the lemongrass and break it bruisedit so the flavors can come out and throwit in hole then give it another goodstir then add the rest of the coconutmilk and also a drop of water in the jugyou’d swallow[Music]now it’s time to add the rest of theingredients rice boy like soy sauce thena fish sauce there – sesame or just fora bear flavor then also a drop of limejuice[Music]and for a bit more flavor internet youcan add a teaspoon of crushed Szechuanpeppercorns which helps with the flavorto makes your tongue go all singing thenadd a handful of toy sweet basil theseare some frozen ones I had so we justchuck them in you really got it youreally gotta like them that really makesa difference and also to whole tochi’s[Music][Music]then sweeten with about two tablespoonsof palm sugar[Applause][Music]and this point I usually cover it forlike five minutes and let the flavorscombine and then I take out thelemongrass[Music][Music][Music]yes sir the rest are really easy dishreally tasty okay see own taste budsgoingso please like and subscribe and don’tforget to hit the bell be notified ofmore videos thanks for watching[Music]you[Music]
