Cooking directions for your reference:

Make sure you rinse the raw chicken well before anything else to avoid food poisoning from campylobacter bacteria.

Remove the chicken’s backbone using a scissor or knife to flatten it out and spatchcock (aka butterfly) your chicken.

Sprinkle some generous amount of Spanglish Asadero’s Citrus flavor into the chicken according to your preference.

Put it on a plate, put it inside a preheated smoker, and wait for four hours for it to get cooked.

This recipe is simple and perfect not just for the holidays but anytime you want to make turkey sandwiches!

Go ahead and schedule a time when you can cook this. In case you already did, I hope you enjoyed following this recipe as much as you loved the taste!
