On today’s episode of North Florida smoke show you how to smoke turkey legs, state fair style! These meaty, hammy, and delicious turkey legs are for sure a crowdpleaser.
Our turkey legs today are seasoned with a combination of meat church holy cow and holy voodoo. We smoked a turkey low and slow to 120° internal and then cranked up the temperature to crisp up the skin and give us a deep rich color. We pulled our turkey at 170° internal and the results were fantastic!
