At Home Recipes! Week 5: BBQ Beef Ribs, Spicy Corn on the Cob & Apricot Summer Salad

At Home Recipes by Chef Oscar Gonzalez! A series of simple recipes with ingredients you may already have at home. For this recipe you will need the following to serve 3 people:
6 each bone in beef ribs
For braising liquid:
3 whole unpeeled cloves of garlic
1 large shallot cut in half
chopped herbs (chives tarragon)
2 whole bay leaves
extra virgin olive oil
salt
fresh ground pepper
2 1/2 cups of red wine
2 1/2 cups of chicken or beef stock
3 corn on the cob
extra virgin olive oil
chili flakes, lime salt, paprika, lemon juice
1 head of red little gems
3 apricots
choice of any pickled vegetable (here we pickled our own celtuce)
For vinaigrette dressing:
extra virgin olive oil
Dijon mustard
red wine vinegar
salt
For BBQ Sauce
Stubbs original BBQ Sauce
red wine vinegar
