BBQ Beef Seekh Kabob on stove top

Kabobs are my favorite!!!
Seekh kabobs take a little bit of time tk make but if you have the extra time, this is one dish you should try to make!!!

I’ve only tried making these about 2-3 times in the past and the kabobs would always BREAK! So this recepie here took some thinking….. and it’s a KEEPER!

Note- You can add garlic and or ginger to this, I was out of both, so I added one leveled table spoon of garlic powder also which I forgot to mention in the video.

I love kabobs but I usually don’t havetime to make them that much because ofmy busy schedule but right now I’m athome because of this whole covert 19virus that’s been going on and just Ihave so much free time right now but itseems like I’m always in the kitchenmaking something for the kids so I justwanted to try this see kebab okay sothis is my measuring spoon usually Imeasure my seasonings with this it’s ateaspoon I used to have four or six ofthese and I don’t know where they theyall went maybe eight I don’t even know Ihad a lot but I only have one left nowand right over here I have grinded uphalf an onion a little bit of cilantroand I have one green chili actually halfit smells so good once you’re grindingit it it’s such an amazing smell soright over here I have about two poundsof ground beef right over here I havebread crumbs and I’m only gonna use likehalf of the amount shown so about 1/4cup right over here this is butter andyou can use 1 to 2 tablespoons but Ionly used one tablespoon and right overhere I have some salt 1 tablespoon 1teaspoon of salt 2 teaspoons for chilli2 teaspoons of my garam masala that Imake it home and 2 teaspoons of sharkmasala and just to give it a little moreflavor this is two teaspoons of Biharikabob Masadaa little less than two teaspoons this ismy little blood my little grinder I loveit and I think that every kitchen shouldhave it right over here I’ve mixed allof the ingredients in the ground beefand I’ve just mixed it up together youcan use a spoon just to mix it up forright now and then I put this in therefrigerator now I took it out afterabout two hours and I grinded up themeat mixture in the grinder and Iactually did little sections because umyou guys saw how small my grinder is soby grinding it up you’re actually goingto really feel and taste the differencewhen you’re eating seekh kabab it kindof just melts in your mouthso right over here I’m grinding up thebutter and bread crumbs and once that’sgrind it up in there I add a fist to themixture now once this is mixed well I’mjust needing this with my hands verywell and this is gonna go into therefrigerator for about thirty minutes toan hour could leave it longer than thatin the refrigerator just to let itmarinate more as long as you wanteven the whole nightand if you look closely you can see it’sall blended together very wellI don’t really like using my hands umwhen I’m working with meats meat alwaysused to I don’t know just make me alittle weak inside but you know onceyou’re a mom and you have to keepfeature kids a month plus now it’s likemy husband has a restaurant so I feellike I’m so used to looking at me itjust doesn’t make me sick anymore it’sright over here I’m just making theshape on a skewer stick it’s just awooden skewer stick if you don’t havethis which you can use is maybe like abutter knife and just forms a kebabshape on it I am making them thinbecause I don’t want this to fall on inthe pan okay and right over here I amgetting my coldready so I have the flame turned onpretty much on high right now and Idon’t know if you guys can see but ifyou look closely you can see a littlebit of the redness inside the coal andcoal or charcoal I don’t know what youwould call this but anyway you can seesee it better now that it’s burning upmore so it’s almost ready it does createa little bit of mass and you can alwaysclean that up later but the mess isworth it becauseit just tastes so good okay so now in mylittle fry pan here I have it on almosthigh heat and I put a plate inside of myfry pan just so my friend frypan doesn’tget too messy I’ve added the oil thishopes for this smoke to come out of thatbowl now I’m just gonna add my kebabsyou can see a smoke oh it just looks sogood and it smells so good right nowby the way when you’re doing this youwant to make sure that your door orwindows are open because we had a lot ofsmoke in the house and I had to call thekids down just open the front doorokay so right over here I just took abaking dish and I covered it just so youknow it gives it cooks a little bitbetter and it gives you like a barbecuetype of taste and look how good it looksif you look closely I don’t know if youguys can tell but look at the butter andthe fact falling it’s just dripping downfrom the meat and this is telling youthat it’s ready so this is just likeperfect right now for this kabob if youleave it a little bit longer it mightget a little bit too dryand that’s itlook how good it looks it tastes reallyreally goodwe served it with dal Java which islentils and rice and I made some chutneyto go along with it which I will sharelater on in another video I just lovehow you can see the green veggies inthere and look at that the final dish
