This video is about my 105-day dry aged beef brisket experiment.
We bought a 19-lb beef brisket, with a thick flat, from Restaurant Depot, wrapped it in an Umai Dry dry-aging bag, and let it age in my home refrigerator for 105 days.
We were so curious how it would come out, and even though we were still very new to dry aging, the results were surprising !
