I smoked these beef ribs on the Masterbuilt at 275 degrees the whole time, it took about 4 1/2 hours no spritz no wrapping. The bark was incredible. For the charcoal I used jealous devil charcoal. Smoked over hickory wood chunks.
I used 1 part salt , 1 part black pepper and 1 tsp granulated garlic.
