How to Cook Beef Ribs Using Flaming Coals Offset Smoker and Hotrods

In this video, we will show you how to cook delicious beef ribs using the Flaming Coals Offset Smoker with the help of Tempmaster pro and Flaming Coals hotrods.

Trim thick fat off the ribs and remove the membrane from the backside
Rub the ribs all over with your favourite beef rub. We’re using a rosemary mix with Flaming Coals Bovine Espresso.
Fire up the smoker! We’re using Flaming Coals HotRods in a charcoal basket
HotRods are all-natural and burn hotter and longer than regular charcoal
Fire Slap gloves come in very handy
Add your favourite wood chunks for beef
We set the Tempmaster Pro temperature controller to 250f and let it do its thing
In go the beef ribs
A bit of a juice spritz
We’re trying these Neo 250 insulated gloves today – they protect your hands up to 250c and keep them dry while you handle the food
A foil wrap and some butter, and back on the smoker
Unwrapped near the end to get that outside finished off
Time to carve them up
Those bones just want to fall out
Time to eat – someone has to do it right?
