This video is on how to make beef ribs on the offset smoker. I used 3 bone plate ribs and rubbed them with Texas BBQ Chapter AP, then smoked for about 7 1/2 hours with red oak in the offset smoker until probe tender, rested for 2 hours…..then magic.
