Ordered these beef rib bad boys from Iron Works in Austin TX. I followed their instructions of adding their BBQ sauce and heated them in foil for 45 mins at 350 degrees. They were tasty nice and tender but the smoke didn’t really penetrate through to the meat. I’d say they were worth ordering once especially since they weren’t too expensive. I probably wouldn’t order them again.
