Ingredients–
2 fillet steak (250g,2cm thick)
1/2 tsp salt
2tsp black pepper
2tsp mixed herbs
2tsp soya sauce
1tbsp olive oil + 1tbsp olive oil
2tbsp butter
1 clove garlic
For 3.5cm thick fillet steak:
Rare: 2¼ mins each side(no lid)
Medium Rare: 3¼ mins each side(no lid)
Medium : 4½ mins each side (no lid)
Well Done Steak : Cook for about 6-7 minutes each side(with lid)
For 2cm thick fillet steak:
Rare: 1½ mins per side(no lid)
Medium rare: 2 mins per side(no lid)
Medium: About 2¼ mins per side(no lid)
Well-done steak: Cook for about 4-5 mins each side, depending on thickness(with lid)
