welcome to Scott cooks today I’m gonnabe making barbecue chicken wings in theNinja foodie from frozen pretty simplerecipepretty awesome dinner stay tuned let’sgo over the ingredients you’re gonnaneed a giant bag of chicken wingsactually only going to be using 14 so 14chicken wings for me one cup of waterthe basket a little bit of seasoning andyour favorite barbecue sauce this isminelet’s get 14 wings out of this bag andwhile we’re doing that what we’re gonnado is add the 1 cup of water to thefoodie we’re gonna get a jump start onthe pressure cook go ahead and throw inthe 1 cup of water turn it on searsautee high and while we’re working withthe wings getting them ready I’m gonnago and get that water hot and that iswhat 14 wings look like in the basketrock-hard straight out of the freezer nothought time whatsoever I do not findany reason in the world to season thesein their frozen state so we’re gonnaseason them after the pressure cook thisis not gonna do anything I in my opinionto season them now let’s go ahead andget the basket in the water is almostsizzling already doesn’t take long towarm up the foodie let’s go ahead andturn that off get your pressure lid onmake sure you put it on seal veryimportant we’re do 10 minutes ofpressure on high booty on pressuredefaults to high set it to 10 minutes goahead and fire it upwe’ll do a quick release after 10minutes and then we’ll do our air crispthat was ten minutes we’re gonna goahead and release the pressure now andif you guys seen any of my videos youknow I don’t like to use my hand I don’twant to get burned from that steam allright I’m gonna transfer the wings intothis bowl I’m gonna get the seasoning onthem we’re gonna cover them with somebarbecue get them back in the basket allright there they are fresh out of thefoodie just gonna hit them with a littlesome spice here and that’ll get allmixed around there in a minuteand we’re gonna go ahead and cover themup with some barbecue sauce this is thepart where put as little or as much asyou like on them now this next stepI’ve watched a few other people’s videosbe honest with you see how they weredoing this they do it a little differentthen I’m gonna do it they’re either nottalking about it or they’re not doing itbut I’m gonna drain the liquid from thebottom of the foodie pot and the reasonfor that is is I’m gonna use the aircrisp mode in the air crisp the pins onthe basket and the stand the stand thatholds the basket up helps circulate theair and if there’s liquid in the bottomof the pot I don’t believe the air willcirculate properly and the bottom of thewings will not cook as well as the topso I always drain the liquid before Iair crush something after I pressure I’mgonna go do that right nowall right I’ve drained the bottom theyup hot and I just wanted to if I canshow you this you can see how these arecurved so the air comes around andcirculates around and works itself backup and that’s my understanding of howthis device worksall right guys back in the pot also Idid not spray these with any type of oilbecause I used the barbecue sauce Ididn’t need toif I were just going for crispingwithout sauce I would have hit thesewith Oliver vegetable oil close the lidokay why does it say lid because my lastoperation was pressure so it’s expectingthe other lid so to get away from thatall you got to do is to switch it overto air crisp 390 is fine we’re gonna dothis at we’re gonna go 17 minutes on theon the timer but at 10 minutes we’regonna flip them roll them around inthere at 10 minutes so 17 total shoulddo it check back in about 10 minutesthis is our 10 minute check they’relooking fantastic oh yeahI’m just gonna roll these around alittle minute spread them out and letthe last 7 minutes go and check those ohyeah they’re perfect look at that guy’sperfect wings or what let’s get them onplate well there you have it from frozensplit chicken wings in the ninja foodiepressure cooked and then air crisp withbarbecue sauce if you liked this videoplease subscribe to the channel leave mesome comments click that like button formeclick the bell for notifications checkout the description got some links therepatreon channel and stuff like that I’mgonna thank everybody for watching hopeyou enjoyed itand if you’re wondering made a littleside platter to go with this with ranchdressing some celery sticks and that’sour dinner thanks for watching
