“Best Grilled Pork Tenderloin recipe EVER!!!”

Ingredients:
1 whole pork tenderloin, approximately 1 pound

1 lime, zest finely grated

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 cup honey

1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves

hey everybody welcome back to thechannel was Big Mike with busy kidscoming back at you with another video soI know I’ve been cooking a lot of porklately and know a lot of you guys try towatch what you eat you don’t want to eattoo much pork but today we’re going tobe cooking a part of the pig that’s evenleaner than chicken breast today we’regoing to be making a grill tenderloinnow tenderloin is a part of the pig thatdoesn’t have a lot of fat so it’s veryeasily dried out when you cook it and alot of people don’t like to cook itbecause of that but today I’m gonna showyou how to make a marry mean so thatwhen you grill this it’s gonna be veryjuicy and succulent pepper mince this upyou gonna put this in the man this is1/2 cup of fresh lime juice squeeze somelimes to get 1/2 this is 1 teaspoon ofvegetable oil this isone and a half teaspoons of kosher saltthis is one whole line of sets lime zestand one pork tenderloin no I got thisfrom Cosmo – this was two packs allright and I think there may be two inthis pack so we’re just gonna cook bothof them all right but I got this forless than $15 now you’re gonna have tomarinate this for 24 hours so after 24hours then we’re gonna put this on thegrillokay so stay tuned all right to makeyour marinade just need a jar you’regonna add your lime juice your zest andyour kosher saltpretty much everything except for yourchipotle pepper now once you’ve got allof your ingredients incorporated you’rethen going to put a lid on your jar andshake it well this is going to get itall mixed in together then we’re gonnatake our ziplock bag now for thismarinade you only want to use half ofthem because you’re gonna use the otherhalf later so add that half of themarinade to the back and now we have twotenderloins here so I’m going to putboth of the tenderloins into the back mychipotle peppers here that’s onechipotle pepper make sure you don’t usetoo many or it’ll be really reallyreally hot all right so we’re addingpork tenderloins in there now make sureafter you put these in here you want toget all of the air out of the baghere I’m adding my honey zip that bag upand get all the air out push as much airout of it as you can then once we’redone with that we’re going to go aheadand put it in the refrigerator rememberwe’re going to marinate this for 24hours folks all right guys so I’m porktenderloin is done marinating in 24hours so like I said before pork tunamarkings are really really chickenbreasts so once you put in a dipmarinadeall the stuff that’s in the lime juiceit breaks this me down to be supertender so it turns into a totallydifferent piece as you can see I’ve gotthe remainder of our marinade in herewhat I put aside and I want to show youexactly what we’re gonna do with thatokay so with that being said we’re gonnaprove on the grill but you need to havetips you’re gonna need a piece of foyer[Music]we’re gonna put our pork tenderloin intothe foilokay and let it rest with the remainderof your marinade for another ten minutesokay just remember this so I’ll show youwhen we do that at the end but right nowwe’re gonna get started when you get tothe grill I’m gonna show you exactly howto cook this tuna loin without messingit up okaystay tuned okay guys as you can see I’mout here in the backyardof course you know you see my trailersbefore this is the trailer this is wherewe’re cooking on today all right so I’llpull it up my weber grill let me let yousee inside all right coals going to waitfor some of these polls that get whiteand that’s done put the proteins porktenderloins on and we’re going to boilok so we’re outside with the grill nowwhat you want to do is you want to getsome oil on to your crates for yoursmoker so you take a towel like this andyou’re going to just put some oil on ithold it with your tongs and just brushit across on you don’t want to put toomuch on there you just want to get in sothat it doesn’t stick so just make surethat you are putting it on not too thickall right coals are hot and we’reputting our meat on gonna put the lid onand I’ll give you the furtherinstructions now that we’ve got our porktenderloin on the grill we’re going toflip it every minute and a half we’regoing to do a quarter turn here aquarter turn there I’ll show you exactlywhat we’re doing but you want to keepdoing that for a total of 12 minutes nowmost importantly you want your porktenderloin to get to a temperature of140 okay 140 degrees after we’re donewith that that’s we’re gonna put it inour foil tent and put the remainder ofthe marinade in there pink so I’m notsure exactly okay for the sake of timelet’s speed this up but as you can seeI’m turning the meat like a quarter turnand I did this every 90 seconds for 12minutes until they got up to thetemperature1:40 actually this was a little higherthan normal I’ll talk about that laterit will have a foil tip that we made andI’m going to pour some of that marinadeon there remember I have two of them soI didn’t pour it all on there and we’rejust gonna tint that for about tenminutes okay guys so we are good nowhow confession to make so firsttenderloin that we made I let that cooktoo long I actually as you can see I gotthe temperature up over 140 it was likewell over 140 and I actually tinted itin the foil for ten minutes let it restand it was very flavorful but it was alittle dry to be honest so I cook thesecond one now I watch the second onevery very very close and I made surethat my temperature was exactly at 140when I took it off so you don’t want tolet it go too far past 140 so hey we allmake mistakes it cooks don’t be afraidto mess up okay that’s the only way youget better and with the tenderloin it’svery delicate piece of meat but it onceagain came out a little dry but this oneright here as you can see from the videoshot oh my god I’m going to take a biteof it I’m just for science oh mandelicious very tenderoh my god Morris whoa much favor now sothis might be keto friendly but it doeshave a little bit of honey in it but Idon’t think it’s enough to make adifference from the marinade so I’mgonna try another piece here let’s trythis oh very good well I’m pretty muchin the video
