welcome back to Amy’s kitchen and todaywe’re making barbecue baked chicken legs[Music]and what I have here is all myingredients that I’m using today I havemy cut-up vegetables here which is thered and green bell pepper along withonion I also have my seasonings measuredout and I’m going to tell you whatseasons they are ok so I have 1/2 atablespoon I mean a half a teaspoon ofseasoning salt I have a half a teaspoonof chili powder I have a half a teaspoonof roasted garlic and herb I have a halfa teaspoon of smoked paprika I have ahalf a teaspoon of Sal’s on a completemix I also have a whole a half ateaspoon of miss onions a whole teaspoonof garlic powder and 1/2 a teaspoon ofallspice so you can find these at yourlocal grocery I’m going to mix them alltogether to make my my rub hereand it’s just all those spices that Itold you mixed up and I can do the exactmeasurements that I did put in this bowland this is how I look when we finishmixing it up here okay so I’m gonnaseason my chicken with that and I’mgoing to put it in aluminum pan and herewe go with placing the meat in the panhere and all you have to do is rub thoseseizes over and I told you it’s not it’snot it’s not hard you know just put asmuch on there as you would likeI know how much spices I like on mychicken and this is it just look likeactual spices and the actualmeasurements that I gave you on so I’mgonna turn them over as well because Ilike my food to be completely seasonedit has a nice aroma to it as welland we’re gonna put some aluminum foilover this and pop it in the oven Ialready have the oven on 350 degrees andwe’re gonna pop this in the oven andthat you all see how it look when itcome out and I’ll tell you the exacttime that it took for it to cook when itcomes out then now I’m going to put thevegetables that I cut up over in it Ijust like the way vegetables blend inwith the meat and give it that pop I’mnot going to put I’m just going to puthalf a cup of water in here and that’sit and and we’ll see it when it come outyouokay guys so now the chicken is readywhat I did was after an hour of himbeing on 350 degreesI turned the oven up to 400° after thatfor about 20-25 minutes then I baste itwith my favorite barbecue sauce and nowit’s time for it’s a coming okay thereyou head barbecue chicken now what I’mgonna do right now is I’m gonna platethis I’m gonna plate this with somemashed potatoes that I made earlier Bankin mashed potatoes some of them don’thave barbecue sauce on it becauseeverybody in the house don’t likebarbecue sauce but I’m doing I’m gonnaplate this now with bullets pan up it’sso tender okay and there you have itbarbecue chicken and bangin mashedpotatoes so let me see how this is gonnataste together just hand up yeah I don’tknow if I should be doing this it’s hotOh baby look let me try to imitate thiswith this this these banging mashedpotatoes – you know no thanks dance thatsome kids do I think they call it therule but I do know how to do first stopthings when you’re doing it and B dramaB prose and I know it cuz in a fewminutes come be hurt a childI’m hugging you with this this barbecuechicken it looks so good and it’s goodand this is not a job we’re coming backwith some more stuff I told y’all beforeain’t going nowhereI’ll be back with something Rafa bangerand guess what I’ll be back in the bankso until I see you again I would likefor you to like comment subscribey’all smash that like button andsubscribe but I’ll see y’all later havea good day that must be good alright youthey need to see how this is thisquarantine stuff they they can’t theycan’t test it they they have to I’msorry where’s my plate I’m sorry thatyou know y’all can’t come over but Ipromise you when this is dipped it upI’m having youbut until now until these I’m gonna haveto say goodbye to y’all because I needto get with this[Music]you
