Chicken 1 kg (whole legs & breasts pieces)
(Paste)
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic 15 cloves / 1 bulb
Green chilies 2 large size
(Powder Spices)
Kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
(Other)
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black salt 3/4 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Yoghurt 1/2 cup (thick)
Food color 1 pinch orange + 1/4 tsp yellow (optional)
Oil 1/2 cup
Butter / Oil to grease
Hot charcoal 1 piece
Note:
Use 2 tsp of Red Chili Powder instead of Kashmiri Chili Powder for Spicy Chicken Tikka
Use HOMEMADE Garam Masala Powder which includes (bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, cumin, cloves & black peppercorns) for flavorful Chicken Tikka
