INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash & Cut up chicken breasts in 1 inch chunks (season to taste)
Wash & Cut up green, yellow, red & orange bell peppers into pieces to hang around the skewer. No right or wrong way to cut the veggies.
Wash & Cut up sweet purple onion and pull them apart.
Soak wooden skewers in cold water for about 20 to 30 minutes so they won’t burn.
Thread the peppers, onion & chicken on the skewer in any fashion that you want. I sprinkled smoked paprika over them before grilling.
After I stacked everything on the skewer I sprayed them with Pam non stick cooking oil
I used an indoor electric grill so I sprayed the grid with Pam non stick cooking oil.
Grill at 300° – 350° F for about 10 – 20 minutes or until done turning them on all sides.
