Grilled Chicken Avocado Sandwich | Sandwich Recipe | Breakfast Recipe

Get to know the best Avocado Chicken Sandwich Recipe. The Grill is not necessary. You can use a saucepan as well.

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
80g Slice of Chicken Breast
1 Large Size Avocado
3 Slices of 1/2 inch thick bread
1 tbsp of Chopped Garlic
1/2 tbsp of Chopped Ginger
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 lime
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Slice of Cheese
1 Slice of Large Tomato
Mayonaise
Lettuce
Butter

Directions:
Add the garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and olive oil into a small saucer. Mix well and apply onto the chicken breast slice. Marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Then apply some butter on 3 slices of bread. Apply butter on both sides of one slice and only on one side of the other two. Grill the bread for about 2 minutes. Two slices only one side and one slice both sides.
Then grill the chicken for about 10 minutes both sides while the lid is closed. So, that the inside is cooked nicely.
Apply mayonnasie on one of the one side grilled slice. Keep a lettuce on it. Keep the chicken above it. Then the cheese slice above it. Then close with the double side grilled bread. Keep another lettuce above it. Then a slice of tomato above it. Next comes the star, the avocado. Then apply some salt and pepper. If you like it spicy, some chilli flakes as well. Then close with the other slice of bread.
Apply some olive oil on the grill and grill the non grilled both sides of the sandwich.

You are ready to serve! Have fun.
