Using the George Foreman grill machine for the second time, i grilled Asian chicken barbecue, here are the ingredients i used:
About half a kilo chicken (legs and thighs)
1/4 cup light brown sugar (or brown sugar)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves minced garlic
1 thumb-size grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon Five-spice powder
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 freshly squeezed lemon
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne red pepper
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
