1 1/2 lbs chicken
1 Tbsp maggi chicken seasoning
1 tsp maggi all-purpose seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp of Betapac curry powder
1 potatoes cut into cubes
1 carrot
1 bell pepper(Sweet peppers)
1onion
4 garlic cloves
scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
Few sprigs of thyme
1 stalk escallion
few slices of ginger
6-8 pimento berries
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups water
