want to get a little thickthere make sure this is not hotokay so that’s there so what I went onhere and done is got the chicken bone isready and the most important is what Iwanted to show you is how to make thatchicken BBQ nice and crispy okay so it’sfried we know the procedure is a friedchicken I’m gonna turn that it’sfloating so his chicken is readyand then let this cook for like threemore minutes and set my timer here likethat clean that’s for the corn boy okayso I’m gonna set it for like three moreminutes yeahthree more minutes we’re gonna set itthere get it hot here and I’m gonna off because whathappens I mean you’re gonna drain somegrease off but you don’t want it to sitand drain Tilden’s chicken stock pleasebecause you want that sauce to emergeright into that skin why the chicken isstill like in the frying stage okay youwant to take that get as much oil as youcan out of there and by the way I’musing grapeseed oilI like these grapeseed oil not only itshealthy it’s also heavy enough it’sexcellent for frying okay we want to putit in there while I still like in thatfrying stage let me get this cornbreadout of herelet’s get this togethershake ithey you guys see me can you see me okayoh yeah it’s not so good – after yourchicken is all based it with that youwant to set it on some type of straineragain we welcome ityou baby all that barbecue sauce nowwhat I’m gonna do I’mmaking a mess but as soon as it come outlike this been sitting a little bit butit’s gonna crunch right up to okay likeI was trying to saychicken as soon as it comes out thatskillet and you want to put the baby’sright on up in that up in that saucebecause it’s gonna treat it as if it’sstill funny so you like finding inbarbecue you want to take it come onover here see that keep your eyes on thebabieskeep your eyes the head on and what I’mgonna do from here I’m gonna let itroast on there baked on there for abouta good 15 minutes I’m gonna turn itevery seven minutes and I’ll be back inlook got three cups of rice andwhat I do with that I place that inthere just to remove some starch so Ilet that cook for about five minutes sowe gonna let that cook for about fiveminutes then we’re gonna take it out andwe’re gonna strain it and then I’m gonnaput it back in the pot with one cup ofwater and it’s just gonna steam andyou’re gonna find nice fluffy separatedrice okay so I’m gonna show you how todo that so I’ll be back in five minutesmake sure your water is like[Music]want to get that starch this would helpalleviate that stickiness some peoplelike sticky rice okay so now I’m gonnarinse we’re gonna set our timerfor about 15 I got it for 10 minutes outto do it for 14 minutes okay we’re gonnaset that for 14 minutes now that we’regonna do is we’re gonna check on thatgood over can check
