oh right y’all I’m short on time so wegonna eat this fast we gonna get to theBetty y’all gone and get to the video ifyou’ve been here to this channel beforeyou know what we do first we take careof the for our meatballsobviously you know we’re using the bestkind of beef that we can find which is100% natural grass-fed Angus ground beefso we’re gonna be using two pounds ofthis I’m gonna take all of this and putit in the blender 1/4 cup of onions puta cup of garlic 1 tablespoon of koshersalt 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds 2tablespoons of sesame oil 1/2 a cup ofhoney1/4 cup of gochujang gochujang is aKorean style hot chili paste alas oneegg a lot of people might ask why I putall this in a blender and to be honestit religious helps with the consistencyof the meatballs it makes sure thatevery flavor gets to every squarecentimeter the meatball and then we’rejust going to peer it and once we get tothis color and consistencyit’s gonna be like a spicy kind of honeyconsistency that’s what we want andwe’re going to combine it with ourground beef alright so we have 2 poundsof that ground beef that organicgrass-fed ground beef in our mixing bowland we’re literally just going to pourthe mixture that we created right on topof the ground beefif you are concerned about yourmeatballs being able to keep their shapeand form feel free to go ahead and addanother egg I have done meatballs 2pounds of meatballs with one egg and Ijust kind of like the way that they comeout when you’re initially forming themthey’re not going to be exceptionallystuff that’s kind of I think that’s kindof what we’re going forso just gonna create a little Bowl andthen we’re gonna take these and set themaside until they’re all done then we’rejust gonna sear them in our cast ironand then we’ll bake them I’ll see youguys when they get them all rolled up sonow we’re back over at our stove andhere we just have about two tablespoonsof avocado oil and we’re just gonna takeour meatballs and drop them in we dowant to sear them on both sides I’lltake my sides cuz it’s kind of hard toreally stealer meatballswe’re gonna get them all in okay newkitchen we have our oven preheated at400 degrees and this is my feet so we’rejust hearing them it takes literally notime before they’re ready to be flip nowit’s for the part that we’ve all beenwaiting for the Korean meatball glaze sowe’re gonna start with 1/3 cup of honey1/3 a cup of pure sesame oil 1/4 cup oflemon juice 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds1/4 cup of gochujang and here we’re justgonna start mixing and we have a fewmore ingredients but we don’t want anyof those current ingredients that startto burn you should be doing this onabout a medium heat last but not leastyou’re gonna need about 7 stalks ofgreen onions and so I’m just kind ofcutting pretty thin slicesand then one pinch of sea salt is justgonna really help bring those flavorstogether very this is supposed to be aglaze it’s gonna be a little like hotand sticky but you definitely want thoseflavors to be able to marry me so it’snot quite the thickness that you wantyou can add a little bit more honey andjust let it reduce a little bit today weare eating on some Korean
