Juicy Chicken Breast Recipe | Quick Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
6 Chicken Breasts
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Coriander
1 tablespoon Ginger Paste
1 tablespoon Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Juice of one Lemon
Method:
Add 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon Fresh Coriander, 1 tablespoon Ginger Paste, 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste, 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley, 1 teaspoon Paprika, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper and squeeze the juice from one Lemon to the chicken breasts. Mix everything.
On low flame add some chicken to a fry pan.
After 4-5 minutes flip the chicken over.
After another 4-5 minutes take the chicken out and place on a plate.
Add the remaining chicken to the pan and fry on each side for about 4-5 minutes.
(Depending on size of chicken you may need to fry for longer, you want the chicken golden brown on both sides).
You can have the chicken with some chips and caramelised onions and bell peppers or you can add the chicken to a burger bun, with your preferred sauce.
