[Music]hey peeps welcome back hope everybody’swell today we’re still doing the 10 daysof sounds from around the world of inthe hundred days of saladsso today seller is a Kenyan barbecuedchicken salad which that was the doorslamming if anybody’s ever had properKenyan barbecue chicken is this amazinglike mix of Indian spices and Africanbarbecue and it is amazing and deliciousand if you’re ever in Nairobi pleasejust hit hit a comment below and I willhold their rate juice to the best placesto go to there but so it’s most of thedish is gonna be about creating thesauce so we’ve got some tamarind pastesome sugar some tomato sauce a mildcarry so you can use garam masala gotsome mustard and some cayenne pepperapple cider vinegar we’re gonna getbasically pan-fried with an onion halfan onion and then sort of mix that alltogether create this paste and then mixthe chicken in that so I’m actuallygonna do the chicken first get that donethen do the paste and then put thechicken in Austin’s just to finish itoff and that’s the plan and then on thatwall that is gonna go into a bed ofspinach with a bit of onions in that aswell add some garlic so should be verydeliciousI am super hungry and yeah thanks forwatching thanks for liking fans forsubscribing hope you guys are enjoyingthe video leave some comments below andwe’ll see you all tomorrow Cheers[Music][Music][Music][Music][Music][Music][Music][Music][Music][Music][Music]
